So, how did I get here? 🤔
Well, after years of working in the health and wellness industry, I saw a clear need: purpose-driven small business owners were holding back from marketing because they didn’t want to come across as “salesy” — or spend all their time trying to figure it all out. That hesitation often kept them from reaching the very people they’re here to serve.
That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do! I’ve made it my mission to help wellness entrepreneurs focus on what they do best while building a magnetic online presence that’s rooted in clarity, creativity, and heart-centered values.
Based near the mountains of northern Utah, you’ll usually find me in some athleisure with espresso in hand (you know, mom life!) while dreaming up our next family adventure at a National Park.
