After years of working in the health and wellness industry, I saw a clear need: passionate, purpose-driven business owners were holding back from marketing because they didn’t want to come across as “salesy” — or spend all their time trying to figure it out. That hesitation often kept them from reaching the very people they’re here to serve.

That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do. I help wellness entrepreneurs build authentic, magnetic online presences through soul-aligned Meta ads, intentional Squarespace design, and client attraction strategies — all rooted in clarity, creativity, and heart-centered values.

Based near the mountains of northern Utah, you’ll usually find me in activewear and espresso in hand (mom life!) while dreaming up our next family adventure at a National Park.
